Hi Lonnie, we here you and we are sorry you did not do the full 8 week program. Pain may get worse before it gets better. Bad pain, good pain no pain! You stopped half-way and that does not yield the desired results, which is why we encourage all 8 weeks.
When I was diagnosed with tennis elbow in November 2025, my options were limited: physical therapy or a cortisone shot. A cortisone shot was only going to mask the pain, potentially allowing me to think I was fine and cause more damage. Being a mom of two little ones and a teacher -- time is limited for PT. Before going that route, I did some research, found FiixElbow, and decided to give it a try—and I'm so glad I did!!!
I committed to the full 8-week program, using the device and completing the prescribed exercises exactly as directed. The consistency paid off in ways I honestly didn't expect. They ask you to trust the process, and to keep in mind that the pain can linger after the 8-week because the elbow is still recovering. I was skeptical BUT THEY WERE RIGHT! The pain continued to subside and now I am 100% pain-free and back to normal!
Before FiixElbow, the pain affected even the simplest daily tasks. Sleeping was miserable because of the constant aching in my elbow. Holding my phone even for a second without support trigger pain. As someone who loves strength and conditioning training, not being able to lift or complete bodyweight exercises that required my arms to take on the weight without pain was incredibly frustrating. Today, I'm sleeping through the night without elbow pain. I can use my phone normally without thinking twice. Most importantly, I'm back in the gym lifting heavy, setting new personal records, and doing it completely pain-free.
The investment was worth every penny. If you're willing to trust the process, stay consistent, and follow the program, I can't recommend FiixElbow enough. It truly gave me my strength—and my quality of life—back.
My husband suffered from golfer's elbow for years. He had Achilles tendinitis years ago and had to have surgery. Did not want to go down that path again. Found Fiix Elbow and bam - back to golf again - so thankful. I had a minor case of tennis elbow and jumped on Fiix and am so happy I did. Worked for me as a thin woman and my husband, who is not!
The machine and program helped, but after 8 weeks my tennis elbow hasn’t gone away completely. So I’m happy that the pain isn’t debilitating anymore, but I’m also frustrated to still have to prep myself when a firm grip handshake is coming because it’s going to hurt.
