Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in our designs, quality and protocols that when followed help people get out of pain. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our Customer Success department at 833-410-0409 within 90-days of receipt of product for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return shipping expense is the responsibility of the customer.
Fiix Body accepts returns of merchandise only under the following conditions:
- You must receive a RMA number from Fiix Body and include it with the returned product.
- All parts and accessories must be returned. If items are missing full value will not be credited. The cost of the missing items will be deducted from the credit.
- All purchases must be returned within 104-days (90 days + 14 days) of receipt of product.
- Products must be returned undamaged in suitable packaging. We highly recommend using the original packaging to ensure no damage to the product during shipping.
