Warranty / Return Policy
LIMITED WARRANTY
Your Fiix Elbow e5 by Fiix Body, including the arm strap and power supply, is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original receipt date.
The above warranty is extended only to the original purchaser, from the original receipt date, whether purchased as new or purchased after a rental period. The warranty is not transferable.
It is VERY IMPORTANT THAT ALL USERS READ ALL PRODUCT DOCUMENTATION before operating the product. Failure to comply with any use and/or safety requirements may void this Warranty.
THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES:
1. Normal wear and tear;
2. Vandalism, loss or theft of the product or product parts;
3. Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, alteration of the product, or transport;
4. Units damaged by unauthorized repair;
5. Units not used or maintained in accordance with Fiix Body instructions;
6. Improper use of the electrical power supply;
7. Product used outside of a home environment.
THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY. There shall be no other warranties expressed or implied, or any other obligation on the part of the company with respect to products covered by this warranty. Fiix Body LLC does not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, retailers or the subsequent consumer purchaser of the product from a retailer to obligate Fiix Body LLC in any way beyond the terms set forth in this document.
In no event shall this warranty require more than the repair or replacement of the product or parts of the product found to be defective within the effective warranty period. No refunds will be given.
This warranty is applicable for opened or used products only in the case of rental units purchased at the end of a rental period by the original renter. The 1-year warranty period begins on the date of receipt (the beginning of the rental period).
This warranty does not extend to the purchase of any other opened, used, repaired, repackaged and/or resealed products.

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in our designs, quality and protocols that when followed help people get out of pain. There is a 1 year warranty on Fiix Elbow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our Customer Success department at 833-410-0409 within 90-days of receipt of product for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return shipping expense is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns:
Fiix Body accepts returns of merchandise only under the following conditions:
- You must receive a RMA number from Fiix Body and include it with the returned product.
- All parts and accessories must be returned. If items are missing full value will not be credited, that includes gift accessory with purchase. The cost of the missing items will be deducted from the credit.
- All purchases must be returned within 90 days of receipt of product.
- Products must be returned undamaged in original packaging. We highly recommend using the original packaging to ensure no damage to the product during shipping.
- Open Box Fiix Elbow Programs (when available) and used accessories (elbow brace, compression sleeves, ...) are final sale.
