I paid nearly $400 for the Fiix Body, and the armband failed after only two cycles of use. I’m extremely disappointed that I was then expected to spend another $40 on a replacement strap rather than the company standing behind such an expensive device. The customer service representative I spoke with was helpful in explaining how the machine works and how the treatment is intended to be used, but she is not responsible for refunds, and I have yet to receive a response regarding my refund request. The device did seem to help my tendinitis the first time I used it, but unfortunately, it did not help the most recent time. Given the high cost, durability issues, and lack of response regarding my refund, I can’t recommend it.

Charity Pattison - I had been struggling with a severe case of tennis elbow for 7 months. I had tried everything with no relief. I heard about Fiix body so I purchased it and followed the entire program but still had the same amount of pain. It was recommended that I meet with one of the guys (Rusty) who created Fiix body. He determined that I didn’t have the machine positioned correctly and recommended completing a second round of the program. I had doubts after everything I been through but it worked!! The pain was present up until wk 7 and then it was just gone! I am back to all of the activities I previously had done and without any pain. This company has been great to work with. Lori has been very helpful and always willing to troubleshoot with me but you must use this program the way exactly how they recommend or it will not work.
Had to send out to get fixed, they were very helpful on the phone, and I got it back very fast.
Seems like a really good product. I did follow instructions but without great results

I was going to just rent it, but it worked so well, I bought it. I was impressed with it. At first, I thought it wasn’t working but using it regularly for the rental period is the perfect amount of time. Since it’s so effective and I started working out and am back to normal, I kept it just in case the tennis elbow comes back. Love that it’s FSA eligible too. Also, customer service responds quickly.
