I’m a huge golfer and am active doing sports or events in Alaska where I’m from including fishing and hunting, which includes lifting and other activities which don’t help my chronic tennis elbow. I don't golf, but I got golfer's elbow in BOTH arms from lifting my elderly dog in and out of my car for his last 2 years. It was so painful. I tried PT etc etc but it would not subside.
