We developed the Tendon Strength Handle to improve the performance of the strength exercises that traditionally require a dumbbell and a hammer.
When it's time to include strength therapy sessions you want to make sure you don't go to heavy at the beginning. The Tendon Strength Handle allows for variable intensity so you can start off light and increase the tension as you progress through the therapy.
As you get stronger, you can increase the amount of tension to continue to build back the strength in your tendon.
The Tendon Strength Handle also provides constant tension which is really important during eccentric movements. Having constant tension while performing strength exercises helps speed up recovery and increases your strength. It's also great for people on the go - it's easy to bring the therapy wherever you go!
