I had an acute pain on the inside of the elbow, in a spot that I could barely touch. The same day I received the robot, used it for 2 times 5 minutes and the next day, the sore spot had disappeared! Of course the lingering pain was still there, but the spot that I could not touch was gone! Believe it or not! Also the reminders you receive twice a day plus the e mails makes you think that it is a Spy Robot, albeit a good spy… had an amazing chat with Lori today, and she dedicated 45’ to fully explain options, treatment, etc. Those people are on a mission to cure elbow issues, one patient at a time. Super happy with my results. All I did was follow the step by step process and the pain went away and stayed away. I was diligent with it but it was worth it. Thank you Fiixbody! You fixed my body. FYI - My tennis elbow was a result of weight training.

Followed the plan precisely and used the strength handle. My tennis elbow is now practically gone.
I have been using the fit elbow in conjunction with going to a chiropractor and following the exercises as recommended, and I am slowly, but surely seeing a result with all of those combined. I do think that the machine has helped as I have been consistent with using it each day. As you commented in your videos, it will leave your arm sore, but if you can push through the soreness it gets better.
