I was skeptical but did some research.
The company is legitimate I was not going to be taken for a ride so why not buy the device. After all the money back guarantee period is greater than the treatment period.
It took a few weeks to start to see some relief but it really wasn't until week 7 or so when I was able to lift real weights at the gym.

I wasn't the most diligent in maintaining an exact schedule of use of the product, but I used it about 2-3 weeks and the videos showing the necessary stretching was very useful.
