100% works, I had bad pain even to shake hands with someone hurt. I found out if you'll get it in the right spot where its about too much to handle while its massaging you'll have a faster outcome , I love it and recommend it

I am a physician with extensive experience treating epicondylitis in its various forms. As a senior CrossFit athlete, golfer, and tennis/pickleball player, I have experienced my share of these injuries personally as well.

Four years ago—before I knew about The Fiix Elbow device—I developed right lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) that waxed and waned for about eight months. After an aggressive workout, the pain became severe enough that I ultimately sought a PRP injection. While the PRP did help, it took another four months for the condition to fully resolve. In total, the entire ordeal lasted about a year.

More recently, I developed right medial epicondylitis (golfer’s elbow) along with right triceps tendinitis, both of which began to feel chronic. Wanting to avoid another PRP injection, I tried a variety of treatments without much success. That’s when I came across this device.

The concept made intuitive sense to me, particularly because I had previously experienced relief from treatments like the Graston technique. After about three and a half weeks of consistent use, my golfer’s elbow felt essentially resolved, though I continued using the device for the full six-week protocol. The triceps tendinitis took a bit longer, partly because it was more difficult to position the device precisely over the affected area. Once I was able to consistently target the correct spot, the improvement accelerated, and after about six and a half weeks it is nearly fully resolved. I plan to continue a bit longer to ensure complete recovery.

Overall, I give this device my highest rating and will gladly recommend it to friends and family. While I am no longer in private practice, I would not hesitate to recommend it to patients as well.

I had tennis elbow for six months. The Fiix Elbow fixed it within a few weeks. The app needs a little work, and I have not kept up with the exercises because my elbow doesn't hurt any more. But highly recommend this product, well worth the money!

I have had recurring tennis and golfers elbow most of my adult life. Pain would come and go. I had a flare up that lasted almost 2 years. I had PT, PRP injections, RX anti-inflammatory meds, cortisone injections and a few other contraptions but nothing worked long term. I reluctantly bought this out of desperation. I did the program as instructed with the device. After 3 weeks I noticed an improvement but was still skeptical. After a couple more weeks I was completely pain free, but still skeptical about the long term relief. It has now been almost a year since I tried the FIIX arm care and the elbow pain has never returned. I had assumed that this was something I was going to always deal with and am so thankful I took the plunge and tried this machine. I am a big believer and would encourage anyone dealing with elbow tendonitis to make the investment and do the program as instructed. It really works!

You folks were right on with everything so far! The pain and the decrease of pain all fall inside of your chart. Amazing!

There is one thing that I would suggest for your future buyers... a better view of the way to correctly wear the robot. I got it wrong the first couple of times just by a slight bit and bruised my elbow. Not a big deal just a suggestion that maybe a link to the video on line that i found would be helpful for future users.

Otherwise - spot on and I am hopeful that the next 2 weeks will get me back on the tennis court!

Shred guitar player and golfer here! That's simply means my left forearm and tendons are put under a lot of strain. My left forearm has been a problem for over 10 years. When playing the guitar, it will go to exhaustion very quickly depending on what I'm playing. I just power through it normally. I can deal with pain.
Last year during the golf season symptoms really exacerbated. It was classic Tennis Elbow pain. I started a rehab program that I downloaded from Mayo Clinic and also did a deep dive into what is really happening and what rehab should really be. That's when I came across the FIXXbody. I saw the ability to return it, so I decided if didn't seem like a "real device" upon first use, it would go back.
Its a very real machine. I did the rehab TO-THE-LETTER. And I kept guitar and golf all the while. What really appealed to me was the information on having to do a "controlled bruising" to stimulate the tendon into healing itself. THAT made sense to me. So I really kept downward pressure on the machine during the treatments. I jumped in my chair more than a few times. But each session felt relieving at the same time. I had some nice bruising going on. Fast forward-Total Recovery. It really did feel like I reset my tendon. But you HAVE TO DO THE PROGRAM to the letter. I actually got my legato back on the guitar. (relies on forearm strength)
Let me add the effectiveness of the elbow brace! I got very used to that during golf. The FIXXBODY elbow brace has that ridge inset that holds your tendon down. I actually will still use it if I hit alot of balls.
Its a quality product. I also feel good that if it really flares up again, I have the entire kit to do another rehab!

I developed tennis elbow about a year to ago. Went to the doctor and followed what they prescribed to fix it. Well it came back. Not as bad, but it came back. I saw the ad for this and thought I would give it a shot. Well I just started week 8 and it has worked. I am not in pain anymore and can lift things even though I haven't done as much during therapy. I hope that it doesn't come back, but as I bought the machine, I can just do another 8 week plan. Hopefully it doesn't come back. Very happy with this!! Highly recommend!

The robot and protocol was excellent! Easy to understand and follow. Videos really help the protocol. Significant improvement in my left golf elbow issue. Not 100% yet but I would say 90% and that's a long way from week one with pain 8-10. Currently starting week 9 as pain level 2-3. Thank you for this awesome product and protocol!!!

I had high hopes for The Fiix Elbow, but after 60+ days I have had little improvement. It may be user error!
Lori reached out to me today and we are going to work together in the upcoming weeks with a new program. Hopefully I will have the success that so many others have had.

As a spine surgeon, I needed use of dominant wing for strength, precision, and tireless use. I had tried PT, time, heat, ice, chiro, anti-inflammatories, braces, rest to no resolve. FIIX elbow and Lori have made the lasting impact. I had an especially recalcitrant situation. I went through the program twice and still use it after surgery days. I feel as strong and confident as ever. Thank you. Lori is kind and knowledgeable and reliable. The product, FIIX Elbow robot, and the support, Lori, are incredible. I, initially, did not want to spend the money. Having gone through it, I would recommend taking the plunge as it is worth it. Scraping to decrease scar tissue and to improve blood flow and revascularization of the damaged tendon is key. Just stick to the program and you won't regret it.

I had a pretty severe case of golfer's elbow, predominantly due to overuse and years of working out (and some golf). I literally had tried everything - stretching, nitro glycerin patches, strengthening, $1,000+ on physical therapy...and at times, the pain did start to subside. But then I would play a round of golf and it would be almost as though I was back to square one.

After spending over $1,000 on physical therapy and not getting the results I wanted, I opted to buy the Fiix Elbow device in lieu of opting for another $1,000 round of physical therapy or a platelet replacement therapy shot (which was also $600+ and not covered by insurance/extremely painful according to my doctor). In addition, I was starting to get tennis elbow in my opposite elbow and thought, "Well, I can use the Fiix Elbow device on BOTH arms if it works!".

I am so happy and thankful I went this route! I followed every step of the program, not missing any sessions or stretching/strengthening. By the halfway point, I was experiencing significant reduction in pain. I couldn't wait until the next time I got to use the robot, as my elbow felt amazing after each session! However, I did follow the program and not overuse the robot, even though I literally wanted to do it every day!!

Now when I play golf, after the round, I use the ice sleeve/compression sleeve - and by the following day, I hardly have any pain at all. I'm still doing the stretching and strengthening, as I lift weights 3-4 times per week and I want to keep my tendons pliable and not have a flare up from pushing myself too hard.

Before you go spending thousands on PT or injections, I would highly encourage you to give the Fiix Elbow a chance! The amount of progress in such a short period of time far exceeded my experience with the other alternatives - AND you get to keep the robot so if it ever happens in the future, you're able to use again!

Lastly, I made a mistake when I was ordering my robot/compression sleeve/etc. I called the number and Lori took care of everything immediately. She set up a time for us to connect to speak about my elbow and gave me tips on how to position the device and what to expect on my journey. She was there every step of the way, if I had questions, and was always polite and a pleasure to interact with! Lori is the best!!

I rarely write reviews but thought it would be helpful to others to share my experience, especially if you're frustrated with elbow tendinitis like I was. I suffer from radial tunnel syndrome and have truly tried everything. As a paralegal, I type nonstop all day, so managing flare ups is essential for me. This has become something I genuinely rely on to stay functional and keep my pain under control.

I did run into a small issue where my wrist strap got caught, but their customer service was incredible. They immediately helped me fix the problem and were so kind, thoughtful, and prompt in their response. That meant a lot, especially since this is an investment but absolutely worth it.

The Fiix Elbow

Follow the program and in 8 weeks, elbow pain is gone. The FIIX unit is well made, held a good charge for a few weeks of use per charge. Great app and video instruction. EZ to follow.

I have reoccurring golfers elbow because I play alot. Pops up every couple of years. When it does I use this to get back to the course quickly. Not inexpensive but it's worth it compared to paying for physical therapy. It does work plain and simple if you follow the instructions.

The pain I experienced from Tennis Elbow was awful! I had tried everything- and was ready to do PRP- when my Dr. introduced me to THIS! I figured if she was promoting something that caused her to lose business, it was worth a try. AND, IT WORKED!!!!! This machine is amazing!!!
