Repetitive motion activities of the arm can cause inflammation to the elbow area if you suffer from tennis elbow or golfer's elbow. Compression and ice to the area is a great way to relieve the pain after your activity.
Chill the sleeve in your freezer for a minimum of two hours before use. Simply pull out of the freezer and place on your arm covering the elbow area for up to 20 minutes. What's great about the sleeve is it's comfortable and you move area while helping relieve your elbow pain. No more messy ice bags!
How to measure:
Bend elbow to 90 degree angle. Measure circumference around the largest portion of upper arm.
