How to measure:
Bend elbow to 90 degree angle. Measure circumference around the largest portion of upper forearm. If you are right around 13", select S/M for more compression or if you prefer a looser fit select L/XL.

I have reoccurring golfers elbow because I play alot. Pops up every couple of years. When it does I use this to get back to the course quickly. Not inexpensive but it's worth it compared to paying for physical therapy. It does work plain and simple if you follow the instructions.

The pain I experienced from Tennis Elbow was awful! I had tried everything- and was ready to do PRP- when my Dr. introduced me to THIS! I figured if she was promoting something that caused her to lose business, it was worth a try. AND, IT WORKED!!!!! This machine is amazing!!!
