The robot is amazing, emulsion oil is excellent, intelligent strengthening programs, my elbow is 95% plus improved and I’m on the beginning of week 9 recovery. Very happy and telling everyone I can who I see wearing a forearm strap and no smile ;)

TOTALLY WORTH BUYING IT!
I play a lot of pickleball and golf, and I really needed something to relieve my elbow pain from the activities of each sport that I love. I saw the ads for the Fiix Elbow, and gave it a shot. The rental was for 8 weeks, but it was amazing from Day 1! I felt it was working to massage and scrape the knots out of the inflamed area, the instructions that came with the device were spot on, including what to expect and how long each process takes. The ONLY problem I had with the machine...was that it worked too good! My pain was totally gone after week 6, and even though I tried to stick with the program for it's full length, I didn't need it on week 7 and 8. I have since returned it after the 8 week trial, but am now back to buy it outright, as my pain has returned after not having it for over a month. I love the device, should have just bought it from the get go instead of renting it, I would HIGHLY recommend buying it and keeping it for long term use. The battery life was amazing btw, great product!

Fixed my tennis elbow
I was going to just rent it, but it worked so well, I bought it. I was impressed with it. At first, I thought it wasn’t working but using it regularly for the rental period is the perfect amount of time. Since it’s so effective and I started working out and am back to normal, I kept it just in case the tennis elbow comes back. Love that it’s FSA eligible too. Also, customer service responds quickly.

I got a wake up call a few weeks ago. I'm not a spring chicken at 63. While doing some push ups I felt a slight pain in my elbow but I keeped on going till I tore a tendon. Not fun. Went online to seek help. Knew I didn't want to get cortisone shots and found Fiix Body. I was ready to start the healing process so I ordered there robot, had a guarantee. After I ordered the product I received some training emails. I think it was week 2 shows how to use the robot. I talks about tennis and golfers elbow. It didn't seem to fit my problem. So I got a hold of a person at fiixbody.com and she gave me advice on what she knew would help. She didn't try to sell me in keeping the robot which I was able to return. I paid nearly $400 for the Fiix Body, and the armband failed after only two cycles of use. I’m extremely disappointed that I was then expected to spend another $40 on a replacement strap rather than the company standing behind such an expensive device. The customer service representative I spoke with was helpful in explaining how the machine works and how the treatment is intended to be used, but she is not responsible for refunds, and I have yet to receive a response regarding my refund request. The device did seem to help my tendinitis the first time I used it, but unfortunately, it did not help the most recent time. Given the high cost, durability issues, and lack of response regarding my refund, I can’t recommend it.

Charity Pattison - I had been struggling with a severe case of tennis elbow for 7 months. I had tried everything with no relief. I heard about Fiix body so I purchased it and followed the entire program but still had the same amount of pain. It was recommended that I meet with one of the guys (Rusty) who created Fiix body. He determined that I didn’t have the machine positioned correctly and recommended completing a second round of the program. I had doubts after everything I been through but it worked!! The pain was present up until wk 7 and then it was just gone! I am back to all of the activities I previously had done and without any pain. This company has been great to work with. Lori has been very helpful and always willing to troubleshoot with me but you must use this program the way exactly how they recommend or it will not work.
