Solution to my tennis elbow
I was suffering from tennis elbow for almost two years and tried multiple things - Tennex procedure, PRP injection and physical therapy. Forget permanent relief, I didn't experience 50% relief with all these and I had to be completely away from Tennis and Yoga for couple of years. I then found Fiix and thought of giving it a try (though skeptic). I started using this, restarted strengthening exercises and then in couple of months, I started seeing visible results. I didn't lose hope and have been using it since 2022 on & off as per need. I am back on Game and managing well with Fiix, stretches and of course a flex racquet (tennis) with better technique :-)
