Same Therapy, Three Options
The Fiix Elbow Pillars
The Fiix Elbow Pillars of Therapy work together to truly fiix chronic tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow. One pillar alone won’t work but together they deliver real, lasting relief.
Fiix Robot = Therapy
Fiix Robot = Therapy
The Fiix Elbow Robot brings a proven therapy technique called scraping—used for decades in clinics and rooted in the ancient Eastern medicine practice of gua sha—right to your home. Scraping is trusted worldwide to break up scar tissue and adhesions in tendons and muscles, helping chronic tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow finally heal.
The problem with traditional scraping? Finding a trained therapist who knows how to do it properly—and committing to short but frequent clinic visits (2–3 times per week) for weeks or months.
The Fiix Elbow Robot solves that. It precisely replicates the same scraping motion, so you can treat yourself in just 10 minutes a day, 3 times a week, without leaving home. And it feels good—just sit back, put your feet up, and watch TV or catch up on emails while it works. Proven therapy, now made easy.
Exercises = Pliability
Exercises = Pliability
Strong, healthy tendons are the key to lasting relief from tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow—and that’s exactly what our Fiix Elbow exercises deliver.
We’ve taken the best four tendon-repair exercises—no fluff, no wasted effort—and made them simple, fast, and proven to work.
These exercises do two critical things:
Build pliability so your tendon stretches under stress instead of tearing during activity.
Increase strength so your tendon can handle the repetitive strain from sports, work, or daily life.
You’ll get step-by-step videos and instructions to ensure you’re doing them correctly for maximum results. Most people perform them 6–7 days a week, and it only takes a few minutes each day—super simple and easy to stick with. Pair these exercises with the Fiix Elbow Robot, and you’ll not only fix your pain but keep it from coming back.
App & Coach = Accountability
App & Coach = Accountability
Most people fail to fix chronic tennis elbow or golfer’s elbow because they don’t follow through with therapy—or they do it wrong. The Fiix Elbow App and our expert Elbow Coaches keep you accountable, making sure that doesn’t happen.
The app is your personal guide through the 8-week treatment plan. It:
1. Instructs you step-by-step so you do the therapy correctly.
2. Sends reminders so you never forget a session.
3. Tracks your progress so you can see your results improving week by week.
And when you have questions? Our experienced Elbow Coaches are just a call away. They’ve talked to thousands of people with elbow pain, sharing proven tips and tricks to help you heal faster.
What good is therapy if you skip sessions or do it wrong? We make sure you stay on track—and get the results you need.
Invented by
Sports Physical Therapists
After 3 years in development and over 50 prototypes, thousands of people have fixed their pain while saving time and money.
Rusty and Nate, founders of OSR Physical Therapy, empathized with patients who were frustrated with mediocre results in treating tennis and golfer's elbow. They knew that the technique of scraping was effective but recognized that patients faced the challenge of visiting the clinic regularly. They decided to innovate by bringing the scraping technique out of the clinic and into patient’s homes.
NO MORE PAIN
"One of the remedies was to stop the activity. I use my hands every day for work as a plumber so that’s not an option. After using the Fiix Elbow for eight weeks - I don’t have any limitations. There’s no more pain turning wrenches, carrying bricks or handling a Sawzall. It’s been a life changer.

SAVED FROM SURGERY
"A couple of years ago I had surgery in my left arm due to tennis elbow. When I started having pain in my right elbow I backed off but missed living life to the fullest. After the treatment my elbow pain is gone and I don’t have to worry about another surgery.”
Tammy P. Workout Enthusiast
THIS SAVED MY LIVING
"I was incredibly excited to find a real solution for elbow pain that does not require drugs, shots or surgery. The Fiix Elbow gets to the source of the pain and fixes it in a matter of weeks.”

“This is the most cost-effective treatment for elbow pain I have found.”
“I highly recommend the Fiix Elbow to all my patients with elbow tendonitis / tendinosis. It has been fully tested in clinical trials and is an FDA approved device. I am a fan of the scraping / IASTM process because it heals the tendon naturally. I recommend the Fiix Elbow because it is the easiest way for the patient to complete the therapy.”

It Works, No Gimmick!
I am a physician with extensive experience treating epicondylitis in its various forms. As a senior CrossFit athlete, golfer, and tennis/pickleball player, I have experienced my share of these injuries personally as well.
Four years ago—before I knew about The Fiix Elbow device—I developed right lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) that waxed and waned for about eight months. After an aggressive workout, the pain became severe enough that I ultimately sought a PRP injection. While the PRP did help, it took another four months for the condition to fully resolve. In total, the entire ordeal lasted about a year.
More recently, I developed right medial epicondylitis (golfer’s elbow) along with right triceps tendinitis, both of which began to feel chronic. Wanting to avoid another PRP injection, I tried a variety of treatments without much success. That’s when I came across this device.
The concept made intuitive sense to me, particularly because I had previously experienced relief from treatments like the Graston technique. After about three and a half weeks of consistent use, my golfer’s elbow felt essentially resolved, though I continued using the device for the full six-week protocol. The triceps tendinitis took a bit longer, partly because it was more difficult to position the device precisely over the affected area. Once I was able to consistently target the correct spot, the improvement accelerated, and after about six and a half weeks it is nearly fully resolved. I plan to continue a bit longer to ensure complete recovery.
Overall, I give this device my highest rating and will gladly recommend it to friends and family. While I am no longer in private practice, I would not hesitate to recommend it to patients as well.
Dr. Glassman - thank you for this review. As an athlete and medical professional - you understand the joureny of both injury and healing! Glad you found Fiix.

Amazing
I had tennis elbow for six months. The Fiix Elbow fixed it within a few weeks. The app needs a little work, and I have not kept up with the exercises because my elbow doesn't hurt any more. But highly recommend this product, well worth the money!
Appreciate the comments and we will reach out to you. Glad we are able to help you get back to work - construction and office workers need their elbows in tip top shape.

I tried everything and nothing worked until...
I have had recurring tennis and golfers elbow most of my adult life. Pain would come and go. I had a flare up that lasted almost 2 years. I had PT, PRP injections, RX anti-inflammatory meds, cortisone injections and a few other contraptions but nothing worked long term. I reluctantly bought this out of desperation. I did the program as instructed with the device. After 3 weeks I noticed an improvement but was still skeptical. After a couple more weeks I was completely pain free, but still skeptical about the long term relief. It has now been almost a year since I tried the FIIX arm care and the elbow pain has never returned. I had assumed that this was something I was going to always deal with and am so thankful I took the plunge and tried this machine. I am a big believer and would encourage anyone dealing with elbow tendonitis to make the investment and do the program as instructed. It really works!
Johnny - so glad you found and stuck with Fiix! Thank you for reaching out today with this review.
