We developed the Tendon Strength Handle to improve the performance of the strength exercises that traditionally require a dumbbell and a hammer.
When it's time to include strength therapy sessions you want to make sure you don't go to heavy at the beginning. The Tendon Strength Handle allows for variable intensity so you can start off light and increase the tension as you progress through the therapy.
As you get stronger, you can increase the amount of tension to continue to build back the strength in your tendon.
The Tendon Strength Handle also provides constant tension which is really important during eccentric movements.Having constant tension while performing strength exercises helps speed up recovery and increases your strength. It's also great for people on the go - it's easy to bring the therapy wherever you go!

If you’re reading this review, I was in your situation 2 months ago. After too many Physio visits and ending up with a surgeon that told me 55 was too young for the surgery, braces, ice you name it, I tried it! I took the gamble and bought the Fiix Body. Wow! No more wrestles nights trying to get my elbows comfortable, no more pain killers or anything else, not even a brace.
I can’t make you believe this review, so their money back guarantee makes this product a no brainer. Follow the plan, it works!
Hi Brett, thank you so much for sharing your positive experience! We're thrilled to hear that the Fiix Elbow has made such a difference for you. Glad you trusted the process! Here's to continued comfort and health!
I'm a 43 year old male, very active and lift weights four days a week (chest/triceps, back/biceps, shoulders/traps, legs). In June of 2025 my right elbow started bothering me, not a ton but enough to make me want to give certain exercises (looking at you, barbell bicep curls!!) a break. The pain would go away but flare right back up upon mild use.
Eventually, I learned of the Fiix Body and went ahead and bought it in April 2026. I'm kind of Type A, so I read everything I could find online and watched as many YouTube reviews and people using it as I could find. It's a pretty expensive device, but if it worked, it would be worth it.
Battery life is very good, and it's easy to use (though admittedly large, bulky, and kind of awkward). Slightly irritating that you have to put that little bit of grease over the treatment area on your arm every time but it's not the end of the world. All of the exercises are pretty simple, it's just a time commitment but if you do them at the same time on a schedule you fall into a routine pretty easily.
Unfortunately... it didn't effectively fix my elbow issue at all. I used it for 20 weeks religiously, did the recommended exercises, and got almost zero results. Definitely disappointed and regret the purchase. I had no trouble following instructions or using the device or doing the exercises, it wasn't a compliance issue. It just didn't fix whatever my issue was. I read all the good reviews and people say it works, Fiix says it helps 96% of people. Apparently I'm the 4%.
Hi Nicholas, thank you for sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear that the Fiix Elbow didn't meet your expectations. We appreciate your detailed feedback. The emollient is used to allow the scrapers a smooth glide. Stalled results can be contributed to many factors. One is our program is only 8 weeks at a time with a minimum of 2 weeks off. 20 weeks of Fiix without a break can delay healing. Hoping the time off will allow your tendons more relief. If one has had cortisone it can also play a contributing factor in delayed healing. An elbow coach has already reached out and happy to help.
This machine is way too heavy for anywhere. I don’t think something really can resolve the issue.
Hi Kim, thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear the Fiix Elbow felt too heavy. We have thousands of people that have resolved this issue with Fiix and with the help of our elbow coaches, placement and use are easily resolved. Keep working towards a solution to get your tendon on its way!
I had previously been using a compression sleeve "thinking" that was helping me during my weight training and workouts. I was very wrong. Lori took the time to explain how the Better Elbow Brace works and exactly how to position it. It's easy to put on and off, less bulky than compression sleeve, and really does support the sore spot so much better. Totally recommend this product.

Stick with it. It works!
I bought Fiix Body because I had tennis and golfers elbow! I do not have time to go to the PT due to work schedules and demands. I needed a self run program. Fiix body gave me that. My pain was so established that naturally I was skeptical if it would work. So I did the program hopeful it would work. I used the machine 3x a week, stretching every day multiple times a day, eventually doing strength training. After week 8, my elbow pain reduced but was still there. The video said that can happen and keep stretching and strength training without use of the machine to let the elbow heal. So I did. Week 13, my elbow feels GREAT! I am continuing to stretch and do the light weights specifically for my tendon strength. I use the tendon brace when I play golf, and it helps prevent the pain from coming back. I’m sure over time, I can ween off the brace, but for now, I’m just grateful it doesn’t hurt anymore. This program works. It takes patience and persistence to see it all the way through to get the results. Stick with it!

Long Time Skeptic - First Time User!
Hey FIIX Team!
So, my story started 15-16 weeks ago when I noticed my right elbow was having increasing pain after long iPhone usage with one hand and leaning on armrest/ table/car armrest, etc. I know… what a lame injury 🤦🏻♂️😂! I tried meds, multiple elbow sleeves, elbow straps, cold-hot sleeves and nothing really “worked”. I follow Scottie Pearman who is a Long Drive World Champion and noticed he was wearing a sleeve for FIIX Elbow. I Googled it and found him on their home page with other success stories. I personally reached out to Scottie for some feedback since I was skeptical. Our conversation gave me that extra push to pull the trigger. I rented my FIIX Elbow 8 weeks ago and just competed my session. I followed the program to the t and as the weeks went by I noticed some improvements. Before my program I couldn’t lift anything with weight having my palm down. I couldn’t swing a golf club, spraying for weeds hurt, pouring a pot of coffee and was just summing it up as getting older. Well I must say ending my last day on 9/13/2026 my pain is 95%+ GONE! Played my first round on 9/12/2026 and didn’t notice any elbow pain… now my back was another story LOL! Now to get my game back and start working towards the 2028 U.S. Senior Amateur Qualifications. I initially rented the FIIX unit but have decided to keep it in case I have any further issues that may arise down the road. If you’re skeptical or on the fence I’d say rent it first. What do you have to lose except your pain?!
Plus HSA spending accounts cover the unit.
Thanks again Lori and the entire FIIX Elbow Team! Lifetime Member, Ed
