The Fiix works really well for me as it provides a deep tissue massage on my arm muscles. I have found that my arm pain subsides for a few days afterwards until I over-exert it again, but then I simply use the Fiix while watching TV and repeat the healing process.

After a couple wrist surgeries the doctor said everything was fine but I felt like there was a "ball" stuck in my forearm / elbow area and they could not figure out why. They wanted me to go under the knife again but I saw this product figured why not give it a shot. And it worked within 2 weeks
